Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026. This policy covers StripCollab, including registration, the model area, marketplace and notifications. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the following information and rights are particularly relevant.
1. Who is responsible

StripCollab is operated from Spain. Diamond Nova Media LLC, the company responsible for the platform, remains based in New Mexico, USA. We take the GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection rules into account.

2. Visiting and signing in
Registration and login do not require a ChatGPT account. You use your Stripchat username and a separate StripCollab password.
The essential cc_registration cookie links your verification code to your registration. Scripts cannot read it; it is transmitted only over HTTPS and stored for up to 24 hours.
The hosting service processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser information and request time, to deliver the site and prevent attacks. StripCollab itself uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
For your model account, we store your Stripchat username, private email address, verification and approval status, and a salted password hash. Your password is not stored in plain text. Confirmation and reset links contain tokens that expire; we store only their hashes.
The essential cc_session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Scripts cannot read it; it is transmitted only over HTTPS. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested account functions and Article 6(1)(f) for security and prevention of abuse. Technically necessary storage does not require consent to optional tracking.
We store your interface language in the “sc_language” cookie for up to one year and, when you are signed in, as a personal account preference. This choice applies to the interface and account emails and is separate from your profile flags. Translations are stored in advance; your own messages, profile text and other model content are not sent to a translation service.
3. Profile and verification
We process the profile details you enter: model name, Stripchat username, profile picture, location, description, availability, collaboration types, account category, couple configuration, and language flags. Publicly available Stripchat profile information may be imported for verification and to complete your profile, particularly the profile picture, account category, country flag, and ranking badge with the retrieval time. The source is the Stripchat profile you provide. A country flag does not prove language proficiency. The publicly visible Stripchat account category (women, men, couples, or trans) is imported as an account category; we do not infer sexual orientation from it. Consent given on Stripchat does not automatically apply to StripCollab.
Your approved profile is accessible to other approved models within StripCollab. Your private email address, password hash, and reset or confirmation tokens are not displayed there. Sexual orientation is optional and is published only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can select “Prefer not to say” under “My profile” and save; this stops further publication and storage of your sexual orientation. Withdrawal of consent takes effect for the future.
Providing profiles and verification serves the use you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Limit public details to what you wish to share. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others in descriptions or messages. Other models may copy visible content beyond our control.
4. Messages, friends, guestbook and marketplace
We store collab requests, messages, friendships, blocks, reports and their timestamps and read statuses. Only the people involved can view chats and requests. Guestbook entries are visible to approved models by default. If “Only I can see the entries” is enabled, only the guestbook owner can read them; other models can still leave new entries.
Marketplace listings, including a photo, description, price and your profile location, are shown to approved models. Before uploading images, remove private information such as addresses or identifiable third parties. News read statuses and an activity timestamp support notifications and friends’ online indicators.
The legal basis for the requested community functions is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for moderation and prevention of abuse, Article 6(1)(f). Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized technical or administrative access is therefore possible in principle.
5. Emails
Your private email address is needed for confirmation, password resets and account security. Optional notifications about collab requests, messages, friend requests and guestbook entries are sent only after you confirm your address and enable the relevant option. You can change these options under “My profile” at any time. Notifications do not include full chat messages.
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to necessary account emails, and Article 6(1)(a) applies to optional notifications. The sending service is Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.); it processes the recipient’s address, email content, and delivery information. We additionally store the delivery type, status, time, and internal profile identifier to manage delivery. Resend privacy policy and Data processing agreement.
6. Hosting, service providers and international processing
StripCollab is hosted directly in Diamond Nova Media LLC’s Cloudflare account. Cloudflare processes technical connection data and stores website data and images. You do not need a ChatGPT account to use StripCollab.
Our operating company is based in the USA. The services we use may also process data outside the EU or EEA. Cloudflare does not currently guarantee storage in a particular country. Where the GDPR applies, international transfers require a basis under Article 44 et seq. GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can ask us for information about the specific safeguards and recipients. We do not claim that data is stored exclusively in the EU.

7. Giphy and other external services
Giphy GIFs are initially blocked. The selected GIF is embedded only when you click “I agree · Load Giphy GIF”. Giphy then receives connection and browser data and may use cookies and process data internationally. Consent applies to this loading action and is not saved permanently. “Hide GIF” ends the embedding; data already transmitted cannot be recalled. You can use the guestbook without GIFs. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, consent to access your device).
Links to Stripchat, Lovense, Stripcash, Buy Me a Coffee and other services open external websites. Their data processing applies when you open them. Stripcash links are affiliate links with a referral identifier that lets the provider attribute referrals. Donations and payment details are processed by the payment provider; StripCollab does not receive card or bank details.
For internal statistics, we count page and section openings only in daily totals by section, without visitor identifiers, analytics cookies or storing IP addresses. For signed-in models we record the profile identifier, latest activity timestamp and approximate active time on a visible page for each day. Only admins can see aggregated results. Country summaries use existing Stripchat profile flags, not geolocation. Anonymous daily totals are retained for all-time statistics. Profile-linked activity records are retained for the lifetime of the account and removed when the account is deleted. This processing supports administration and improvement of the portal on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For collab reviews, we store the request identifier, reviewing profile identifier, 1 to 5 stars and confirmation timestamp. Once both models confirm, profile cards display the average rating and confirmed collab count. Individual reviews are visible only to the participants. Related reviews are removed when an account is deleted.
For event polls, we store your profile ID, choice and update time until you delete your account. Other models only see aggregate results, without names or individual votes. You can change your choice.
8. Retention and deletion
Profile and community data are generally stored for as long as your account exists. “Delete for me” removes chats, messages and requests from your view; they remain visible to the other model. A deleted guestbook entry is initially marked as deleted and hidden so it can be restored with “Undo”. After 30 days, it is permanently removed during the next cleanup. Hiding content from view is not the same as complete data deletion.
When you delete your profile, we remove your profile picture and marketplace photos, along with the active profile, contact, sign-in, community, notification and read-status data associated with your account, from our application storage. This also affects the shared history of your chats. Contact us for further deletion requests, including content already hidden from view.
Sign-in sessions last up to seven days, Stripchat verification codes ten minutes, email confirmation links 24 hours and password reset links 30 minutes. Expiry makes a code invalid; it does not automatically remove its database record immediately. During signed-in use, we remove expired sessions and codes, security counters older than one day and technical delivery records older than 90 days. Cleanup runs at most once per hour and has no fixed background schedule; it may take place later if the application is inactive. Hosting backups, technical logs and emails already sent may be subject to the service providers’ own retention periods; immediate deletion from all backups is not guaranteed. Legal retention requirements or the defence of specific legal claims may require further limited storage.
9. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. For complaints in Spain, you can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) . You can also complain to another competent data protection supervisory authority, particularly in your usual place of residence, workplace or where the suspected breach occurred.
Under “My profile”, you can download your data, edit your details, disable notifications, stop publishing your sexual orientation and delete your profile. For other requests, contact: business@stripcollab.com. We verify identity only to the extent necessary and generally respond within one month; we will inform you of any legally permitted extensions. Registration requires the details necessary for the account and verification; model access is not possible without them. Optional details and notifications are not required. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
